LUX ELEMENTS TUB®- LINE ... RT/GK - Channel support TUB-LINE COMBI

Particularly flat hard foam channel support element with sealed, floor channel drain (70 x 750 mm or 70 x 850 mm) including integrated, horizontal drain connection fitting with odour trap. A separate, retrofittable odour, foam and vermin barrier can be used instead of the odour trap (TUB-BAZ STOP). Cover rail and frame are made of stainless steel.

This product is particularly suitable where no large installation height is possible, e.g. when renovating old buildings.

Design cover rail

The system offers two design options due to a reversible channel cover rail. One side has a brushed stainless steel surface, the other can be tiled to match the entire shower base. By simply turning, the desired side faces upwards.


Covering thicknesses

Upper layer thickness (tile + adhesive) for TUB-LINE COMBI for

  • the shower base = 11 mm
  • the tileable stainless steel channel cover = 12 mm


Connecting element with HTK elbow

A connecting element and an HTK elbow are included with the TUB-LINE COMBI. The connecting element is reinforced at the surface and is used for the safe covering of the drain pipe. The HTK elbow with swivel joint included in the delivery can be adjusted to an angle of 0 – 87°.

Matching gradient elements

 

Matching gradient elements TUB-LINE COMBI … GK are optionally available for all channel support elements TUB-LINE COMBI. They can be attached to one or both sides of the channel support.

If necessary, they can be cut to size on the higher side to adapt them e.g. to a niche.

Processing steps

1.

Depending upon the routing of the pipe, the connecting element is cut to length with a cutter

After fitting the drain pipe by means of the HTK elbow, the pipe is covered safely by the connecting element

Installation is possible both on the wall side and on the room side, ...
